FACILITATION: GROUP WORK The group project was both enjoyable and a great learning experience. I made a new friend and learned to use the wiki as a collaborative learning tool. However, as with my previous experience, the group dynamic did not work out with our third member who was absent for the majority of the project and then failed to make a last minute dash to the finish line to help our team. Whatever all of the circumstances that led to this, I am unsure of, but it was disappointing. I did feel annoyed that my dilegent colleague and I were blamed for not doing enough to assist our third colleagues co-operation. Reminds me about how important it is for the learner to take responsibility. I'll be sympathetic to such problems within the groups of students in my courses.
